1. Go to Netflix
Go to Netflix.com and sign-in to your account.
2. Go to your Netflix account settings
Next, you need to go to your Netflix account settings.
Go to the top right of Netflix to where your profile is, and click on your profile picture.
Then, a menu will drop down, and you need to click on “Account”.
This will take you to your account settings.
3. Look for “Membership & Billing” and click on “Manage payment info”
Once you are in your account settings, you need to look for the section titled “Membership & Billing”. It should be near the top of your account settings.
Inside of this section, you will see your current payment method and there will be a list of options on the right hand side.
You need to click on “Manage payment info”.
4. Add a new payment method to Netflix
Now, Netflix will list all of the payment methods you have on file.
If you want to keep subscribing to Netflix, then you need to add a new payment method before removing your current one.
If you currently only have one payment method on file, it will say “To delete, add another payment method first”.
So, you need to click on “Add Payment Method” and add a new card or another payment method.

These are the steps to follow to remove your card from Netflix and cancel your subscription.
1. Go to Netflix
Firstly, you need to go to Netflix.com and log-in to your account.
2. Go to your Netflix account settings
Secondly, you need to go to your Netflix account settings.
To get to your account settings, click on your Netflix profile in the top right.
Then, a menu will drop down.
You need to click on “Account”.
Now, you will be in your account settings.
3. Click on “Cancel Membership” under “Membership & Billing”
Next, you need to look for “Membership & Billing” which is near the top of the account settings and click on “Cancel Membership”.

Now, your card will not be charged for Netflix, because you have canceled your membership and subscription.

If you want to completely remove your card from Netflix, you will need to delete your account.
There are two ways of doing this:
1. Netflix’s standard procedure is to delete accounts 10 months after the membership has been canceled.
However, that is quite a long time, so here is a quicker way.
2. A faster way to delete your Netflix account, is to email Netflix.
You will need to email [email protected] from the email associated with your Netflix account and ask for your account to be deleted.
Then, Netflix may ask for a reason, but once they delete your account, you will get an email confirming it.
Once you account is deleted, your card will be completely removed from Netflix!
However, you can always create a new Netflix account if you change your mind and want to use Netflix again.
