Now, you can decide if you would like to join the server on your main account.

Here are the steps to create an alt Discord account.

1. Go to Discord.com

First of all, you need to go to https://discord.com/ on an incognito browser.

It’s best to use an incognito window in your browser because then Discord doesn’t have any cookies.

2. Open the Discord web app

Secondly, once you are on the Discord website, you need to click on “Open Discord in your browser” which is in a black box.

Then, a text box will appear and you will need to enter a username.

You can make your username anything.

If you don’t want your alt account to be linked to you, then don’t make your username similar to your primary account.

You will need to agree to Discord’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy as well.

Now, you need to click on the Submit button on the right-hand side.

But, just before we explain what you need to do next, you may be thinking that invite links can be tracked on Discord, so they will know which link they sent you, and will see that an alt account joined, tracking it down to you.

Well, the best way to get around this is, is to say you sent the invite link to another friend by mistake, or you can come up with another excuse.

You will only have this problem if the Discord link is a single-use link.

In order to join a Discord server on your alt account, you need to copy and paste the link into the incognito window.

Alternatively, to join a Discord server, you can click on the “Add a Server” button on the left-hand side of Discord.

Then, a menu titled “Create a server” will pop up.

However, at the bottom of the menu, there is a button labeled “Join a Server”.

Now, you can paste the link into this text box and join the server.

You can then preview the server, and find out everything you want to know.

4. Decide if you want to join the server on your main account

Finally, you can make the decision if you want to join the server on your main Discord account.

As we said earlier, if you don’t claim the alt account, you may not be able to access it again in the future.

Ask another server member

A second way to view the server without joining it, is to ask another member of the server.
